It’s pretty straightforward, isn’t it? My challenge, as soon as I’ve finished what’s left in my fridge, will be to stay away from dairy for 30 days. That means drinking my coffee black, which I really don’t like. I guess that’s a good thing, since that means I won’t drink as much coffee. Other than that, I will stay as purely primal as possible.  Although this is basically how I live (minus a few slip ups here and there) there is always room for improvement. What is your challenge going to be?
